Microsoft has progressed on Windows 10, version 2004 (20H1). The company announced that IT administrators can now distribute build 19041.84 in their organizations through Windows Update Server Services (WSUS).
Randmond is completing work on Windows 10, version 2004 (20H1), which is expected to be released in April or May 2020. Today, the company announced on the official Windows Insider blog that IT administrators can distribute build 19041.84 through Microsoft’s Windows Update Server Services (WSUS).
Recall that build 19041.84 with update KB4539080 is the latest build 20H1, released two weeks ago for insiders on the Late Access update channel. The Windows Insider team reported that it contains the latest security fixes for organizations that are preparing to release Windows 10, version 2004.
Microsoft also released official Windows 10 build 19041.84 ISO yesterday. If you were unable to download the latest ISO images, the Windows Insider development team is aware of this problem and should be fixed as soon as possible.
We don’t know if this will be the final RTM build, which will begin to be distributed to all Windows 10 users later this spring, but Microsoft can continue to service it with cumulative updates until the public release.
It is also worth noting that Microsoft has not yet made the 20H1 update available to insiders on the Release Preview update channel. We hope to receive more information during the next Windows Insider webcast on Tuesday, March 3rd.
