The input method editor for East Asia (simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese) may not have a language / keyboard switch (for example, when you press the Windows key + spacebar) after upgrading from 20H1 Build 19041 or earlier to Windows 10 Insider Preview build (19536 or later) if multiple languages / keyboards are added. As a workaround, remove and re-add all the keyboards that are not in the keyboard switcher by going to Settings> Time and Language> Language> Preferred Languages.
